Are your creations made in Quebec?
My creations are designed with my hands and special shaping tools in my workshop located in L'Assomption, Quebec. My glasses are bought per square foot and come from large glassware around the world. The thermoformed glasses are made of my creation, as well as my ceramic molds.
Do you have a shop?
No.
Are your big necklaces heavy?
They look heavy but no matter how big they are they are really very light. They are made of lightweight materials, glass and aluminum. The heaviest weighs less than 3 ounces (85g).
To clean your jewellery, what product should we take?
Simply warm water and dish soap or household glass washer (Windex).
Does the aluminum tarnish?
No.
What is the warranty on your parts?
For the warranty, the glass being a fragile material, I offer no refund or equivalent if it is escaped. However, if a corner is chipped, I can sand it again, but the mailing fee belongs to the customer.
If you happen to find a manufacturing defect, (other than a detail included in handcrafted glasses, such as an air bubble that is a feature of blown glass, or others) return the item immediately to my shop address, with proof of purchase and packaged the same way you received it. You will have to pay the shipping costs that I will refund you at the same time as the item.
If I lose the jewel I bought you, will I be able to buy the same one?
Depends on the kind of glass. Plain glass is easier to redo, while glasses with chamoirés patterns, whose piece is targeted, remains unique. From there, the ease of having an almost unique necklace. However, it is possible to find a similar one with the same glass and the same shape in my collections.
As far as earrings are concerned, I’m not getting lost again.
Do you take special orders?
Yes, unless I’m in an event, like Christmas Market that lasts a month. Check beforehand if I’m available to do it.
Do you receive customers at your workshop?
No, unless it's an open house event.
How soon will I receive my order?
It all depends on where the order is sent. Normally within 5 business days in Canada and 7 business days in the United States.
What are the shipping costs and by which carrier?
Shipping is free for all orders starting at $125 CAD. If below the minimum amount, the shipping costs and carriers are as follows:
- Canada via Postes Canada: 12$ CA
- États-Unis via UPS: 12$ CA
